Trump’s ‘Undue Process’ is Unconstitutional

Trump's treatment of people—namely the undocumented immigrants (for now)—has become undeniably and alarmingly concerning… and cruel. Heaven wishes to shed light on how poorly Trump and his administration are treating people by taking away their basic constitutional rights. Trump’s choice to mistreat people by accusing them of crimes that he has no objective evidence that they committed now has us endangered of losing our ‘constitutional rights’—which have been in place for generations to protect us from this exact situation—the danger of becoming unlawfully imprisoned due to prejudices.

If you are a Trump supporter and are still willing to support such harsh and outdated damaging behavior by defending Trump’s illegal actions of taking away people's rights to a fair and legal trial and due process—then please listen to this message.

Why? Because do you really want to live in a society that will be ruled by a dictator? This is what you are helping create when you choose to support Trump and his cruel and irrational thinking.

We, the ones who oppose Trump’s shameful behaviors, were wise enough to know that someone who has already shown us how extraordinarily deceptive and narcissistic he is, combined with his desire towards violence (ex: the destruction he created at the Capitol on January 6)… know that only more harm was going to be created with him in power. We knew that choosing someone who has held himself to the low morals that Trump previously showed us is a person who would only go on to commit more harmful acts, causing a decline in the quality of our lives, if not even ruining them.

I received a message from Creator, who wishes to warn you of the danger that Trump is creating.

God said:

“Your constitution is now being threatened because of Trump and his administration…. What more needs to happen for you to wake up and do something about this before it is too late?”

What happened with Abrego Garcia, the man recently accused of being a dangerous El Salvadorian terrorist and gang member who Trump threw into one of, if not the harshest and most brutal prisons, the ‘mega-prison’, Cecot, in El Salvador with no real evidence OR fair trial, is only the beginning. Not only was Garcia accused of being a hard-core criminal gang member that Trump warranted should be deposited into a prison notorious for its extremely harsh treatment of its inmates, including even torturing them with inhumane conditions, but he has been denied any legal trial, any legal assistance, and communication with his family that Trump took him away from, making it even more impossible for them to intervene and help Garcia. Under Trump’s agenda of mass deportation of illegal immigrants, Garcia was sentenced to this awful fate without ever being given a fair legal trial to investigate and prove if and how much truth there could be to this allegation.

Trump and his administration have decided to play Judge, jury, and executioner. Not only has Trump decided to make Garcia’s and all other illegal immigrants fate up to him, but he has done so while even disregarding orders given by the U.S. Supreme Court, who instructed Trump to bring Garcia back to the U.S. Instead of obeying the law and honoring the Supreme Court’s instructions, Trump and his administration have chosen instead to ignore their orders and fix their mistake. Not only has Trump brazenly denied the law and refused to take accountability for the mistake that he made, but he has also threatened that he is looking to send American criminals to this brutal, inhumane mega-prison in El Salvador, stating that he wants to send “homegrown criminals” there.

God said that what Trump is doing with his mass deportation is a crime in and of itself.

“The crime (undocumented immigrants) does not fit this punishment (Cecot).”

He also warned that more people being forced into deportation are in danger of having what happened with Garcia—happen to them if Trump and his administration are not stopped.

In fact, there are numerous reports revealing the horrors of people just getting picked up and plucked out of society and school campuses and deported with no real evidence or proof that they have done anything illegal that warrants jail time.

God’s Other Message—Your Future Fate

In case you haven’t noticed, we now have a man who is slowly showing you that he is not interested in being fair and honest or even following the law. For those still in denial, Trump is morphing into and trying to become not just the ruler of our United States but rather a dictator over us.

It is now time to look at the truth of what Trump is doing:

Trump is mistreating people by taking away their civil rights, including being allowed a fair and impartial trial before sentencing them to prison.
Trump does not follow the law. He disregards Judge’s orders—even ones coming from the U.S. Supreme Court.
Trump and his administration have decided they do not need to listen to people complaining about all the benefits and rights they have taken with their excessive cutbacks.

Trump is acting like he is above the law and is behaving more like a ‘dictator’ than the leader of a free nation. 🇺🇸

What Has Happened to Garcia?

We really do not know. El Salvador’s president Nayib Bukele claims that he has moved Garcia to a less brutal facility. He has offered no proof of this. By many accounts, he and Trump have also not allowed Garcia access to talk to a lawyer or even his own family.

Our Future…. Freedom or ???

We are now facing this fate—losing our constitutional rights of ‘due process.’

Trump and his gang at the White House and his other mouthpieces who are now putting this threat in front of us are ruining one of our most sacred and ‘life-saving’ constitutional rights of being allowed a fair, impartial judicial process to determine whether a crime has been committed, or not, and to the exact extent.

Please push back, peacefully, on this outrageous behavior that Trump and his administration are guilty of. It has angered God to the level of wrath. Creator does not want to see His Children mistreated, persecuted, or imprisoned unlawfully. He also does not want a dictator to rule over us… only an honorable leader who will not inflict the painful injustices that dictators do. We cannot let that happen 🇱🇷
