Deception, slander, defamation of character, lies, discrimination, ruining reputations, and complete fabrication. This is what Donald Trump does. He spouts misinformation and conspiracy theories about many people and important issues regarding our nation and democracy.
Here is a glance back at the pain and drama that former President Donald Trump has caused while campaigning again for the highest office in our nation – President of the United States.
Heaven has asked me to point out to you again that there is absolutely no truth in Trump or MAGA’s outlandish and disparaging conspiracy theories. The Ascended Masters, and God, have asked me to shine a light on Trump’s troubling and destructive behavior to help those still supporting him see more clearly what is in his mind. Only someone 'thinking' in a highly deceptive, negative, and harmful frame of mind is capable of creating and telling such outrageous lies.
By spinning his damaging tales, Trump has also influenced many people along the way who, sadly, have chosen to embrace his lies.
A Look at Some of Trump’s Many Conspiracy Theories
The 2020 Election Was Stolen
Trump continues to baselessly claim that the 2020 election was stolen from him due to voter fraud, despite the fact that no evidence supporting this claim exists. No department of the U.S. government has found any evidence that the election was stolen, and his lawsuits claiming this have been struck down or thrown out of court. (AP News)
Claiming Democrats Are Letting Immigrants into the Country Who Cause Trouble and Steal White American Jobs and Housing
Core to Trump’s campaign platform is his insistence that immigrants and minorities are stealing white American jobs and housing, increasing the crime rate, and causing voter fraud. The U.S. has experienced major demographic shifts over the past few decades, true, but this is not part of some grand plan to shift the balance of power. It’s a racist way to spin the changes our country is facing and encourages a dangerous and false us-against-them mentality that stereotypes migrants. God wants us to love our brothers and sisters, American and non-American alike – not hold hateful feelings toward them. (The Intercept)
Vaccines Cause Autism
Trump and his GOP allies question the evidence behind vaccines, despite accelerating the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccines during his administration’s time in power. RFK Jr., a well-known anti-vaxxer, continues to claim that vaccines cause autism. Trump promised him a high position in his new administration, and RFK claims he will “force vaccines off the market.” The negative karma that this can cause will hurt not just Trump and RFK, but also us. Denies the Jan. 6 Capitol Insurrection
The deadly and vicious mob attack on the Capitol on Jan. 6 was one of the worst acts of domestic terrorism in recent history. Trump colluded with his supporters to remove the police from the Capitol grounds and incited his followers to violence with a fiery speech. They then stormed Congress, injuring many people, killing some, and causing great damage. And how do Trump and his allies react to this? They lie and say they were there on a sightseeing tour and ask President Biden to pardon the rioters who attacked the home of American democracy. (AP News)
Muslims Celebrating 9/11
Trump claims “thousands” of Muslims celebrated the 9/11 attacks in New Jersey. There is no evidence to substantiate this at all. It’s a bald-faced lie. (Politifact)
